code of ethics
When it comes to maintaining integrity and trust, we strictly adhere, with no exception, to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Code of Ethics. Upholding ethical standards reflects ACVENTICE’s commitment to its core values. By adhering to this code, ACVENTICE demonstrates its unwavering dedication to providing coaching services with transparency, respect, and professionalism. This fosters a sense of accountability and ensures that clients receive the highest standard of care.
The ICF Code of Ethics describes the core values of the International Coaching Federation (ICF Core Values), and ethical principles and ethical standards of behavior for all ICF Professionals (see definitions). Meeting these ICF ethical standards of behavior is the first of the ICF core coaching competencies (ICF Core Competencies). That is “Demonstrates ethical practice: understands and consistently applies coaching ethics and standards.”
The Ethical Standards of behavior comprise four main sections: Responsibility to Clients, Responsibility to Practice and Performance, Responsibility to Professionalism, and Responsibility to Society. Below, we’ve shared a brief description of each section.
